My name is Bridget Ballesteros and I am a certified integrative health practitioner (IHP) and fellow autoimmune warrior who is here to help you set goals you love and turn them into action.

I became a health coach after more than a decade of feeling miserable, ignoring my body, constantly stressing myself out, and being stuck in a “boom and bust cycle” with my own health goals.

Here’s how we’ll supercharge your goals in six weeks:

Day One: The Kickoff: We’ll start with a 45-minute call to set one clear goal and make sure it feels authentic and aligned for your lifestyle. We’ll get pumped about this journey, make sure your goal feels SUPER AMAZING, and put you in a powerful driver’s seat on your rocket ship to goal-reaching success.

Weeks 1-3: A Solid Plan for Success: We’ll co-create a solid plan for reaching your goal that feels exciting, fun, and SUPER sustainable. We’ll get really specific (think spreadsheets, a shared calendar, and all our best science-backed hacks) to set and hit powerful milestones. Research suggests that it takes 21-days to fully integrate a habit, so we’ll do just that!

Week 3: Mid-point Check-in: We’ll check in with a 20 minute call to assess you progress, troubleshoot any challenges (if needed), and celebrate what you’ve accomplished!

Weeks 4-6: Integration: Don’t worry, I’m not ditching you right as things are getting good! We’ll have another three weeks to integrate your goal into a solid lifestyle habit.

Week 6: Celebration: Get that confetti ready! You’ve made MAJOR progress and are feeling the beautiful benefits of your achieved goal. We’ll have 45-minute wrap-up call to celebrate, figure out a maintenance plan for your new goal-tuned-habit, and even map out your other goals for the year.
